We only deploy GA4 via Google Tag Manager. Listed below is our project scope for our GA4 installation.

Project Scope:

  1. Create GTM account and add the GTM if one does not exist.
  2. Create GA4 account if one does not exist.
  3. Add in data layers to capture order and product detail
  4. Setup purchase funnel reporting
  5. Setup Referrals Unwanted list
  6. Validation of GA4 data vs old GA data
  7. Create these custom events

Project Prerequisite:

  • Edit permission access to your Ecommerce store.
  • Admin permission access to your GA4 account (if available)
  • Admin permission access to your GTM account (if available)
  • Admin permission access to your existing UA/GA account
  • New Coupon/Promotion codes with different amounts to test the ordering funnel to avoid charges.
  • A order cancellation process for test orders cancellation.
